Pavia Helper: privacy notice

Who runs the bot
Pavia Helper (@Paviaassistantbot) is run by Mohammad Nouri Zadeh, a student in Pavia, as a private person. It is unofficial: it is not the University of Pavia, EDiSU, the Questura or any authority. To contact me, use 🤝 Personal help in the bot.
What the bot stores
- Your Telegram chat id, the language you chose and your settings.
- Your reminders and to-do lists.
- A daily count of your messages (for the daily limit), and counts of 👍/👎 and invites.
- If you use the chat: the conversation of the last 7 days and the short notes the assistant keeps about you (for example your degree or your permit expiry date).
- If you connect your university account: your UniPV login (codice fiscale and password, or a Kiro key), and what the bot needs for alerts (for example the results it has already seen).
- If you buy English access: until when it is active.
Your university login, your conversation, the notes and the reminder names are encrypted (Fernet/AES); only the bot, with its key, can read them. The bot deletes your message with the password or key right away. Photos, files and voice messages are not kept after the answer.
The data is on a server in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland).
Where your messages go
To answer, the bot sends your message to an AI service: Google Gemini first and, if it is busy, NVIDIA. Before a text leaves the bot, tax codes (codice fiscale), IBANs, card numbers and passport or permit numbers are replaced with "[… hidden]".
Please note:
- Photos, PDFs and voice messages are sent to Google Gemini as they are, so the bot cannot hide numbers in them. Cover what you don't want to share.
- When you ask about your studies, the AI receives what it needs from Esse3 and Kiro: your name, matricola, degree, exams, grades and deadlines.
- Free AI services may keep what they receive and use it to improve their products.
Requests you send with 🤝 Personal help reach me with your Telegram name.
How long
- The conversation: 7 days.
- Everything else: until you delete it.
- Your university login: until you tap ❌ Disconnect or delete your data.
Delete everything
Tap ⚙️ Language & privacy → 🗑 Delete my data, or send /delete. Everything the bot stores about you is removed at once. /disconnect removes only your university login.
Your rights
You can ask what the bot stores about you, correct it or delete it, and you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

چه کسی ربات را اداره می‌کند

ربات چه اطلاعاتی ذخیره می‌کند
- شناسه چت تلگرام شما، زبانی که انتخاب کرده‌اید و تنظیمات شما.
- یادآوری‌ها و فهرست کارهای شما.
- تعداد پیام‌های شما در هر روز (برای محدودیت روزانه)، و تعداد 👍/👎 و دعوت‌ها.
- اگر از چت استفاده کنید: گفت‌وگوی ۷ روز گذشته و یادداشت‌های کوتاهی که دستیار درباره شما نگه می‌دارد (مثلاً رشته تحصیلی یا تاریخ انقضای اجازه اقامت شما).
- اگر حساب دانشگاهی خود را وصل کنید: اطلاعات ورود شما به UniPV (codice fiscale و رمز عبور، یا یک کلید Kiro)، و اطلاعاتی که ربات برای ارسال اعلان‌ها نیاز دارد (مثلاً نتایجی که قبلاً دیده است).
- اگر دسترسی به زبان انگلیسی را بخرید: اینکه این دسترسی تا چه زمانی فعال است.
اطلاعات ورود دانشگاهی، گفت‌وگوها، یادداشت‌ها و نام یادآوری‌های شما رمزگذاری می‌شوند (Fernet/AES)؛ فقط ربات با کلید خودش می‌تواند آن‌ها را بخواند. ربات پیام حاوی رمز عبور یا کلید شما را بلافاصله پاک می‌کند. عکس‌ها، فایل‌ها و پیام‌های صوتی پس از پاسخ نگه داشته نمی‌شوند.
اطلاعات روی سروری در اتحادیه اروپا نگهداری می‌شوند (Hetzner، فنلاند).
پیام‌های شما به کجا فرستاده می‌شوند
ربات برای پاسخ دادن، پیام شما را به یک سرویس هوش مصنوعی می‌فرستد: ابتدا Google Gemini و اگر مشغول باشد، NVIDIA. پیش از اینکه متن از ربات خارج شود، کدهای مالیاتی (codice fiscale)، شماره‌های IBAN، شماره کارت‌ها و شماره گذرنامه یا اجازه اقامت با عبارت "[… hidden]" جایگزین می‌شوند.
لطفاً توجه کنید:
- عکس‌ها، فایل‌های PDF و پیام‌های صوتی بدون تغییر به Google Gemini فرستاده می‌شوند، بنابراین ربات نمی‌تواند شماره‌های داخل آن‌ها را پنهان کند. هر چیزی را که نمی‌خواهید به اشتراک بگذارید، بپوشانید.
- وقتی درباره تحصیل خود سؤال می‌پرسید، هوش مصنوعی اطلاعات موردنیازش را از Esse3 و Kiro دریافت می‌کند: نام شما، matricola (شماره دانشجویی)، رشته تحصیلی، امتحان‌ها، نمره‌ها و مهلت‌ها.
- سرویس‌های رایگان هوش مصنوعی ممکن است اطلاعاتی را که دریافت می‌کنند نگه دارند و برای بهبود محصولاتشان از آن‌ها استفاده کنند.
درخواست‌هایی که از طریق 🤝 کمک شخصی می‌فرستید، همراه با نام تلگرام شما به دست من می‌رسند.
اطلاعات تا چه زمانی نگهداری می‌شوند
- گفت‌وگوها: ۷ روز.
- بقیه اطلاعات: تا زمانی که آن‌ها را پاک کنید.
- اطلاعات ورود دانشگاهی شما: تا زمانی که روی ❌ قطع اتصال بزنید یا اطلاعات خود را پاک کنید.
پاک کردن همه اطلاعات
روی ⚙️ زبان و حریم خصوصی → 🗑 پاک کردن اطلاعاتم بزنید، یا /delete را بفرستید. تمام اطلاعاتی که ربات درباره شما ذخیره کرده، همان لحظه پاک می‌شوند. /disconnect فقط اطلاعات ورود دانشگاهی شما را پاک می‌کند.
حقوق شما
می‌توانید بپرسید ربات چه اطلاعاتی درباره شما ذخیره کرده، آن‌ها را اصلاح یا پاک کنید، و می‌توانید به نهاد حفاظت از داده‌های ایتالیا (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali، garanteprivacy.it) شکایت کنید.
